New York City Triathlon

Swim - Bike - Run the NYC Triathlon 2012 for a Great Cause!

Achilles has coveted Charity Entries for the Sold Out  New York City Triathlon on July 8th, 2012.

Our minimum fundraising requirement for the 2012 NYC Tri of $2,000 is all-inclusive and we provide support for fundraisers every step of the way! Funds raised will enable us to provide training, adaptive equipment, apparel, transportation, and race entry fees for our growing paratriathlon program. Unique among other charity entrants, all donations go directly to benefit our paratriathletes and the growth of the paratriathlon community within the five boroughs of New York City.

As an Official Achilles Charity Partner, you will enjoy the following benefits:

Individual race entry to the 2012 New York City Triathlon ($265.00 + active.com processing fee = $284.00)

Invitation to the pre-race dinner with Achilles athletes and volunteers participating in the NYC Triathlon

Achilles-branded custom tri tops and shorts

Opportunity to race alongside the athletes whose lives you are changing in the NYC Tri

Opportunity to train alongside Achilles athletes in NYC during the year and see your donations in action.

A personal fundraising page for your online use which we can help you customize with photos and testimonials from our athletes. Although $2,000 in donations may seem daunting, when your network of supporters see the work we do, we find most welcome the opportunity to be involved.

Just to be clear, the triathlon is yours to race at your own pace. You do not guide a paratriathlete unless you want to. Download this invitation to register yourself as an Achilles Charity Entrant.  It's going to be an incredible race and a proud day for the Achilles Paratriathlon Team as we hope to field 10 paratriathletes in every paratriathlon category - http://www.triathlon.org/paratriathlon/categories/
