Inroads in Inwood: Juan Carlos and Lina Gonzalez of the JCLTeam invite school parents, neighbors and family members to participate in a free, Achilles-inspired fitness program for Spanish-speaking parents living in Washington Heights and Inwood with children ages 5-12.

Congratulations to Achilles Athlete of the Month Sarah Heller! Sarah joined Achilles just over a year ago when she moved to Manhattan. A car accident during childhood left Sarah with a traumatic brain injury, however, this challenge doesn't slow her down in the least. In fact Sarah has accomplished more than many people combined.
