Institutional Giving Manager

The Institutional Giving Manager plays a critical role in advancing Achilles International’s fundraising strategy by leading institutional giving efforts and shaping compelling development communications. This position is responsible for managing foundation grants, supporting corporate partner relationships, and creating high-impact donor-facing materials including emails, proposals, solicitation letters, and funding reports.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a strong writer who can translate programmatic impact into persuasive narratives that inspire support from foundations, corporations, and individual donors.

Equipment Manager, DMV

The Equipment Manager, DMV, will work with the Chapter Lead to support athlete and guide participation in the adaptive cycling program in DC and surrounding areas. The position will oversee the organizational support of our handcycles, push rims, recumbent bikes, and tandem bikes. The Equipment Manager will be responsible for transportation, management and upkeep of all equipment.

Manager, NYC Metro Program and Events

The Programs and Events Manager will play a key role in supporting Achilles International’s NYC Metro Region by leading on-the-ground execution for select workouts, races, and community events. This position combines event operations, community leadership, and administrative support to ensure that athletes and volunteers have a seamless and positive experience.

Working closely with the NYC Metro staff, the Manager will take ownership of key workouts and identified races, serving as the point person for race-day logistics and managing communications leading up to those events. This includes coordinating athlete and guide assignments, ensuring equipment and materials are prepared, and overseeing day-of logistics in collaboration with staff and volunteers. There will be an emphasis on ownership of TriAchilles multi-sport events.
