Associate Director, Community Fundraising

The Associate Director, Community Fundraising is responsible for leading Achilles International’s charity fundraising program (Team Achilles) and other community-based fundraising activities. This role oversees strategy, goal-setting, and relationship management with key race partners, while managing the full lifecycle of Team Achilles members, from recruitment and onboarding through race execution and post-race stewardship. The Associate Director plays a critical role in driving community fundraising revenue, strengthening partnerships, and delivering an exceptional experience that reflects Achilles’ mission and values.

Manager, Development Operations

Reporting to the Vice President of Development, the Development Operations Manager is responsible for donor database operations, gift processing, and development reporting, to supporting all fundraising activities at Achilles International. This role manages Raiser’s Edge as the central donor CRM, partners closely with Finance to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting, and supports community and peer-to-peer fundraising efforts. The Development Operations Manager plays a critical role in strengthening donor data infrastructure, improving systems and processes, and ensuring high-quality donor stewardship.
