In-Person Team Achilles Kids Workouts

Team Achilles Kids provides children with disabilities the opportunity to exercise regularly in a supportive and fun group setting. In addition to becoming stronger and healthier, children gain confidence through their successes and can measure achievement at any level of participation, whether they go for a weekly walk or race a local 5K.
