Michal joined Achilles International as Director of Race Operations in April 2025 after years of volunteering with Achilles New Jersey. Her passion for endurance events and triathlons led her to found the Achilles New Jersey Triathlon team. She has guided Achilles athletes in various events and in nine out of the 11 marathons she has completed.
Before starting her current role with Achilles, she had lived and worked globally with her family and pursued a career in product development. Ultimately, she stepped away with the goal to pursue a more meaningful path— one where she could help others and make a real impact. At Achilles, she is honored to create race experiences that empower athletes of all abilities to reach their starting lines, and beyond.
