THE ACHILLES SPRING INTO ACTION CAMPAIGN
Over the course of this spring, we will focus on launching back into action after our whole person health challenge this past winter.
We will focus on athletic progression and achievement building up to our Achilles Resilience Relay and Hope & Possibility® race on July 10th. There will be workshops, resources, and programs designed around getting us all moving as a community. Keep up to date with us on our social media, this webpage, and your inbox.

The Achilles Whole Person Health Challenge continues in April as we get ready to Spring into Action! Below you will find all of the guided meditations, LIVE workshops, Dance Party highlights, playlists, resources, and inspirational quotes that we have covered so far within our mental health journey.
BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE RUNNER & WHEELER
5K (3.1MI) - 4MI 8 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM
This is an 8 week training program meant for beginner - intermediate runners and wheelers.
Whether you are training for your first run / walk event, or already have a few under your belt, check out the program and feel free to progress through it a few times back to back even if you don’t have a race in 8 weeks. The program is based on effort and not pace which is why it is suitable for a wide range of abilities. This concept is explained more within each program.
