INTRODUCING ACHILLES VIRTUAL TRAINING REGIMENS
Achilles International Daily Training Regimen: Achilles is eager to support your daily health, wellbeing and fitness goals. From Monday through Saturday, a daily email will provide you with exercise recommendations and accompanying video links to keep you on track, wherever you’re able to work out.
Achilles Freedom Team Daily Workout Regimen: Developed with the help of the US Military veterans of the Achilles Freedom Team, this program brings out the solider in all of us. This Monday – Saturday regimen is a great way to keep the body and mind strong and marathon ready. Achilles Freedom Team Couch to 5K Training Regimen: Newer to distance running? Michael Anderson (NYC Chapter Director and RRCA Certified Coach) maps out a great plan to tackle your first 5K in addition to general tips of the trade. This program is suited for all new runners. Achilles International Handcycle Marathon Training Regimen: Looking to fine-tune your handcycle training so you are marathon ready? Tom Davis (Achilles Freedom Team member and record-holding USA Para Cycling athlete) and Joe Traum (Director of Achilles International Handcycle Program) have curated a detailed training plan for all abilities including nutrition suggestions for optimal success on the race course.
Achilles Kids Daily Workout Challenge: A fun tool to engage kids of all abilities Monday – Saturday. This pandemic has been extra challenging for kids and parents as routines and playgroups have been drastically changed for the time being. This routine not only gives kids a safe and healthy outlet but is also fun for the whole family to do together. We are a robust and compassionate community of achievers, and we prioritize being there for one another. It is the Achilles way.
